With my admission to college in the Fall, I'll begin studying the Japanese language. I'm studying beforehand so it's a little easier on me, but I found out that I ALSO have to spend a year in Japan as part of a requirement! Yikes!
Should be exciting, though. As far as music goes, I'm always working on stuff. I may have something to upload soon.

Been tinkering with PXTone lately. For you who don't know, the immensely popular indie game Cave Story utilized music made with this simplistic but robust editor. Heck, it was made by the guy who MADE Cave Story!
You can do about as much as you would expect with a program intended to be all business and no nonsense when it comes to old school noises, and that's a good thing. There's a collection of music on the site that surprisingly hasn't been uploaded to Youtube to my knowledge. Seeing as you can't listen to it in MP3 and need the program to listen individually, I decided to convert and upload.
Obviously these aren't made by me, but if enough people like this, I'll gladly upload the rest for your listening pleasure!

While re-discovering the joys (read: utter pain and anguish) of Sony Vegas, I have also rekindled my love for Gmod. While playing on rp_silenthill (a wonderful map by Sgt. Sickness that everyone needs to play), an idea hit me.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YmT6vb1 8g6c A machinima, of sorts.
There's a couple of issues, like the hands during the gun sequence where gmod removed the gun and I had to try editing over it (man, rotoscoping is hard.), but I feel pretty good about it for my first attempt at anything remotely like that.
